Who I am

I'm Shaun Ward, a Technical Trainer with over five years' experience helping businesses get real, lasting value from the technology they invest in. Based in the East Midlands, I work with SaaS companies, small to medium sized companies, and managed service providers to design and deliver training that doesn't just inform people — it changes how they work.

What I've Done

I've delivered 500+ training sessions in a single year, supporting onboarding, system rollouts, and continuous learning across teams ranging from non-technical end users to advanced stakeholders. My experience spans 10+ CRM integrations; including Salesforce, Bullhorn, Vincere, and TrackerRMS — as well as the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Dynamics, and VoIP platforms. I've worked with recruiters, contact centres, banks, surgeries, and retailers across the UK and internationally.

But it's not just about delivering sessions. At CloudCall, I collaborated across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to build an automated onboarding workflow that reduced manual admin by 50%. I introduced an AI-powered meeting tool that was adopted company-wide, saving 16 hours of admin time every month. I've built e-learning content from scratch, created LMS modules in Articulate, managed training labs and virtual environments, and even built a bespoke HTML tool to solve a product gap no one else had addressed.

How I work

I believe good training should feel effortless for the learner. Structured enough to build real confidence, but flexible enough to meet people where they are. Whether I'm delivering a one-to-one onboarding session, running a workshop for a whole team, or building a scalable learning programme from the ground up, I adapt to the audience and focus on one thing: making sure people actually use what they've been taught.

Our values

Precision in the Pattern

(Integrity & Detail)

  • The Concept: In weaving, a single loose thread can ruin the fabric. In software, a single missed requirement can stall adoption.

  • What it means for you: I don't do "surface-level" setups. I dive deep into your workflows to ensure every configuration and training session is technically accurate and perfectly aligned with your business goals.

Strength in the Stitch

(Durability & ROI)

  • The Concept: I don't just "deliver and disappear." I build solutions that are meant to last and withstand the daily pressures of a growing business.

  • What it means for you: My goal is to provide a massive return on investment. I focus on "skills that stick," creating a durable culture of proficiency that continues long after the project ends.

Clarity in the Weave

(Transparency & Simplicity)

  • The Concept: Technology can be a tangled mess of jargon. I act as the loom that brings order and visibility to the process.

  • What it means for you: I speak human, not just "developer". I are transparent about costs, timelines, and technical limitations, ensuring you always know exactly where your project stands.

Intertwined Success

(Partnership & Empathy)

  • The Concept: A loom is useless without the thread. My success is fundamentally tied to the success of your team.

  • What it means for you: I treat your business like my own. I listen first, understand your unique challenges second, and implement solutions that empower your people rather than just ticking a box.
